Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand our presence in the custom joinery and bespoke furniture market in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The successful candidate will identify new opportunities, build client relationships and secure projects across the interior fit‑out sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and generate new opportunities within joinery, fit‑out, interior design and furniture sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, consultants, contractors, developers and other project stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations of company capabilities, product offerings and commercial proposals.
• Manage enquiries, quotations, tenders and negotiate commercial terms while ensuring profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with estimation, design, production and project teams to ensure smooth execution of secured projects.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 4–5 years of business development or sales experience within a custom joinery or furniture manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong network and existing clientele in the joinery / interior fit‑out sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to convert leads into business.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
