Business Development Manager - Middle East & Africa

About the role

FAAC Technologies is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Middle East & Africa region, based in Dubai. The role will drive the company’s growth strategy across the region, identifying new opportunities, expanding market presence and strengthening relationships with key customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across strategic markets, sectors and applications in the Middle East and Africa.
• Create and execute structured market development plans to enter new countries, customer segments and industry verticals.
• Lead and coordinate the Business Development Executives for KSA and Africa, set priorities, monitor KPIs and ensure effective market coverage.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and client profiling to qualify and prioritize projects.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, partners, consultants and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven business development experience, preferably in access or parking solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a regional sales team.
• Strong understanding of the Middle East and Africa markets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
