Business Development Manager Middle East

About the role

Liferiver Bio-Tech Corp., a fast‑growing molecular diagnostics company, is seeking a Business Development Manager to be based in Dubai and drive commercial growth across the Middle East, with a primary focus on GCC markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial and channel development strategy for the Middle East.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage IVD and molecular diagnostics distributors across the region.
• Assess distributor capabilities in registration, importation, tender access, hospital coverage, after‑sales support, and financial reliability.
• Build relationships with hospital groups, private healthcare networks, government and reference laboratories, KOLs, and procurement stakeholders.
• Support market access and regulatory coordination for priority countries such as Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
• Develop commercial plans covering product positioning, pricing, distributor structure, annual targets, and promotional activities.
• Drive early product evaluations, reference customer development, pilot projects, and strategic account opportunities.
• Monitor competitive activities from major players including Roche, Abbott, Cepheid, Qiagen, Hologic, bioMérieux, Thermo Fisher, Siemens Healthineers, and Beckman.
