Business Development Manager – Mobility & Autonomous Driving

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive the expansion of ride‑hailing and autonomous‑driving services across the Middle East for Geely Parts. You will build a regional partnership network, liaise with government bodies, and ensure compliant rollout of large‑scale mobility operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure core local partners for ride‑hailing and autonomous‑driving services.
• Lead negotiations, contract signing, and post‑launch partnership management.
• Establish and maintain relationships with government authorities and autonomous‑driving regulatory bodies to obtain necessary licences and compliance qualifications.
• Develop regional business strategies and expansion pathways tailored to Middle‑East market characteristics.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities; produce insight reports for strategic planning.
• Own business performance metrics and drive breakthrough results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 8 years of business development experience in mobility or smart‑mobility within the Middle East.
• Proven track record of government‑enterprise liaison and partnership building.
• Deep understanding of autonomous‑driving business models.
• Strong market insight and ability to formulate and execute regional business plans.
• Excellent cross‑departmental coordination and resource integration capabilities.
