Business Development Manager – Outdoor Furniture (UAE)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our premium outdoor furniture portfolio across the UAE. This B2B position focuses on high‑value hospitality, real‑estate and residential projects, and is not a retail sales role.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy for the UAE market.
• Identify and pursue new hospitality, residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of upcoming and active projects.
• Establish relationships with developers, hotel groups, procurement companies, architects, interior designers, landscape consultants and other key decision‑makers.
• Manage the sales cycle from specification through quotation, negotiation and order closure.
• Track projects from early design through procurement and final delivery, ensuring timely submission of commercial and technical proposals.
• Achieve agreed revenue and gross‑margin targets.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with a proven track record in B2B contract sales.
• UAE‑based with an established network in hospitality, real‑estate, architecture, interiors, landscaping or procurement.
• Deep understanding of the Dubai project ecosystem and decision‑making structures.
• Not suitable for junior sales professionals.
