Business Development & Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development & Marketing Assistant to join our Dubai office. The role supports the Middle East BD and Marketing team in delivering strategy, campaigns and client relationship programmes while working closely with the Business Development Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of business development initiatives and marketing campaigns.
• Support client relationship programmes and help deepen client engagement across sectors.
• Collaborate with offices, central teams and external partners to enhance the firm’s brand and win new work.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and prospect data.
• Provide administrative support for marketing and BD activities, including preparing presentations and reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a marketing or business development role, preferably within legal or professional services.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong customer‑facing experience with the ability to build internal and external relationships.
• Proactive, organised and able to work in a fast‑changing environment.
• Resilient and able to manage setbacks independently.

Required skills

• Experience with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
