About the role
The Business Development Officer will drive telesales activities for the Retail Banking Group, focusing on meeting monthly sales targets and expanding cross‑sell opportunities. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of customer requests and maintain high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets through proactive telesales.
- Develop and implement telesales strategies and set challenging objectives.
- Analyze incoming leads, convert them into sales, and update all relevant systems.
- Process customer offers and requests, following up with concerned departments to avoid delays.
- Handle customer issues promptly and escalate to the team leader when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of approvals, requests, and reports.
- Drive cross‑sell initiatives and monitor performance metrics.
Required profile
- University graduate.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar sales or marketing environment.
- Strong sales and customer focus with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Result‑driven team player with business sensitivity.
- Analytical mindset and solid computer literacy.
- Adaptable and versatile.
