Business Development Partner – Commission Based

About the role

REDLINE24 is a newly launched creative production company in the UAE looking for a motivated Business Development Partner to help grow the business. This is a commission‑based, full‑time position focused on generating new opportunities and building long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities across printing, packaging, branding, signage, photography, video and content production.
• Approach potential clients, arrange meetings and present REDLINE24’s capabilities.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with clients in F&B, hospitality, retail, advertising and related sectors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare quotations, presentations, designs, samples and manage production requirements.
• Track leads, negotiate terms and close sales on a commission basis.

Required profile

• Genuine, trustworthy and self‑motivated individual who communicates well and keeps commitments.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with businesses and building rapport.
• Attitude and relationship‑building skills are prioritized over years of experience.
• Experience or connections in F&B, hospitality, retail, printing, packaging, advertising or creative services is an advantage.
