Business Development Representative – Dubai

About the role

ACI Worldwide is looking for a Business Development Representative to join its Dubai team. You will support revenue growth by identifying, qualifying and developing new business opportunities for the regional sales organisation. The role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, turning prospect interest into qualified meetings and pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Research target accounts, contacts and market triggers to align with regional sales and marketing priorities.
• Execute outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn and other approved channels to generate qualified sales meetings.
• Follow up on marketing‑generated leads from campaigns, webinars, events and account‑based programs.
• Qualify inbound and outbound interest using defined criteria and route opportunities to the appropriate sales leader.
• Support account mapping for strategic accounts by identifying decision makers and influencers.
• Partner with field marketing on post‑campaign and post‑event follow‑up to convert engagement into sales conversations.
• Provide feedback to marketing on messaging, lead quality and common prospect objections.

Required profile

• Strong research and analytical abilities to uncover buying groups and market triggers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for multi‑channel outreach.
• Ability to work collaboratively with field marketing, sales and inside‑sales leadership.
• Organised, disciplined approach to outreach cadence and lead documentation.

Required skills

• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
