Business Development & Sales Executive – AI & Digital Solutions

About the role

BRAINTEK AI Solutions & Consultancies is seeking a Business Development & Sales Executive to expand its portfolio of AI, software, automation and digital transformation solutions across the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients throughout the UAE.
• Generate qualified leads and arrange meetings with decision‑makers.
• Promote BRAINTEK’s AI, software, automation and digital solutions.
• Understand client needs and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
• Follow up on proposals and opportunities until closure.
• Build partnerships and support tender/RFQ/RFP processes.
• Maintain strong client relationships and keep accurate sales‑pipeline records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or B2B sales within the UAE.
• Familiarity with technology, software, AI, IT services, SaaS or digital transformation is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, networking and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to generate leads and close business opportunities.
• Existing UAE business contacts are a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
