About the role

Join an award‑winning AI workforce solutions startup as a Business Development & Sales Intern. You will work remotely from the UAE, supporting the founder in building client pipelines, forging partnerships, and learning modern sales techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage founders, business owners, HR leaders, and decision‑makers.
• Generate leads using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, startup communities, and professional networks.
• Schedule discovery meetings and assist in client acquisition.
• Develop partnerships with incubators, business communities, and referral partners.
• Apply AI‑powered lead generation and sales automation tools.

Required profile

• Current student or recent graduate interested in sales, entrepreneurship, or AI.
• Proactive, ambitious, and comfortable reaching out to senior executives.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
