About the role

We are looking for dynamic Business Development & Sales Interns to support our fast‑growing AI workforce solutions team in Dubai. You will act as the bridge between our product and potential customers, initiating conversations, researching leads, and helping close opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and other social platforms.
• Implement lead‑generation strategies across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook Groups, startup communities and business directories.
• Identify and onboard B2B distributors, referral partners, incubators, accelerators and co‑working spaces.
• Engage founders, startups, MSMEs, HR professionals and business owners to present AI workforce solutions.
• Conduct follow‑up calls and meetings, answer queries and build professional relationships.
• Maintain daily trackers for leads, calls, meetings, responses and conversions.
• Collaborate with the internal team to improve outreach quality and conversion rates.
• Achieve daily and weekly outreach targets with professionalism and consistency.

Required profile

• Confident, driven and proactive individuals.
• Fluent in English.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT tools.
• Ability to meet weekly communication and outreach targets.
