Business Development Specialist

About the role

The Business Development Specialist will work on‑site in Dubai, driving new revenue opportunities for AFAQY’s IT and IoT solutions. You will identify prospects, qualify leads, and build a robust sales pipeline aligned with the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to pinpoint target sectors.
• Identify, qualify and generate new business opportunities and leads.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, preparing presentations, proposals and commercial offers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and support customer‑service initiatives.
• Track performance metrics, produce regular reports and provide insights to management.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic (mandatory) and strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience in lead generation, pipeline management and business development, preferably in IT/IoT services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and collaborate with cross‑functional regional teams.
