Business Development Team Lead GCC

About the role

Libertex Group is seeking a Business Development Team Lead to drive growth across the GCC region. You will lead a high‑performing team of Business Development Managers, shaping strategy and expanding partnerships with Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, mentor and motivate a team of Business Development Managers focused on the GCC market.
• Set individual and team sales targets aligned with regional objectives and monitor performance.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for IBs, affiliates and institutional partners.
• Provide training on market trends, sales techniques and Libertex product offerings.
• Coordinate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve partner experience.
• Analyse team performance, prepare reports and present insights to senior management.
• Represent Libertex at expos, conferences and client meetings.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Forex/CFD business development within the GCC, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Proven track record of building and managing high‑performing sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of GCC financial markets, IB networks and trading regulations.
