Business Development Team Lead

About the role

INGOT is looking for a high‑energy Business Development Team Lead to drive revenue growth and build a high‑performing sales team in Dubai. You will shape strategy, mentor BDMs, and expand our client portfolio within the FX and CFD markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Managers, providing guidance and resources to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans, forecast revenue, and launch new products.
• Recruit, train, and develop relationship‑management staff aligned with company values.
• Collaborate with other departments to design effective offerings, procedures, and promotions.
• Innovate new business development strategies and translate them into profitable ventures.
• Ensure seamless communication between sales and other functions, maintaining a closed‑loop lead and opportunity management process.
• Monitor lead and pipeline data, validate quality, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field (MBA a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of sales and business development experience in the FX/CFD industry.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a sales or BD team.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of financial products, trading platforms, and market dynamics.
