Business Marketing Lead

About the role

The Business Marketing Lead will own co‑marketing and collaborative go‑to‑market initiatives for Monad’s ecosystem, translating partner integrations into compelling stories and high‑impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Embed within GTM and content teams to prioritize co‑marketing opportunities and maintain visibility of upcoming launches.
• Design, launch and manage joint marketing campaigns, including social activations, case studies, blogs and other creative assets.
• Coordinate timelines, legal/compliance reviews, asset development and launch sequencing across internal and external stakeholders.
• Define campaign objectives, track performance metrics and apply learnings to future programs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in business or partner marketing, preferably within crypto, financial services or enterprise technology.
• Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem and ability to work credibly with both crypto‑native and traditional businesses.
• Proven track record of owning integrated GTM campaigns from planning through measurement.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, strong judgment, high organization and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Self‑directed, high‑agency professional comfortable leveraging AI and automation.
