Business Partner – Europe West (Construction Accessories)

About the role

The Business Partner for Europe West supports the Market Unit and reports to the Business Unit. The role is based in Abu Dhabi but serves the Europe West region, requiring regular travel to market locations and the company headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the Business Unit strategy within the assigned Market Unit in close collaboration with regional stakeholders and central functions.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs and competitive trends to drive sustainable growth.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market and sales initiatives aligned with the Business Unit plan.
• Act as the primary interface between the Business Unit and the Market Unit, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Support local organisations in achieving commercial objectives by spotting improvement opportunities and leading strategic initiatives.
• Monitor business performance, analyse KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Market Analytics, Product Management and regional leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, including international exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Economics or Commercial Business Administration.
• Proven experience in commercial and sales activities within the construction or supply sector.
• Deep market knowledge of segments, customers and competition in the region.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop long‑term marketing strategies.
• Fluent in English and one local language.
