Business Sales Manager

About the role

The Business Sales Manager will lead the creation and growth of a high‑performing field sales team focused on mid‑market and business customers in Dubai. Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines team building, strategic planning and close collaboration with marketing, technical and support functions to deliver exceptional customer experiences and profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan for the Direct Sales channel.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach and mentor a winning field sales team.
• Conduct ongoing analysis and sales forecasting across distribution channels to meet gross profit targets.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential employees and manage operational and administrative processes for the local market.
• Build and nurture strategic partner relationships within the market.
• Partner with Marketing to launch programs that support local revenue goals.
• Ensure market profitability and achieve departmental objectives.

• Proven leadership experience in building and managing sales teams.
• Track record of recruiting, training and developing field sales personnel.
• Strong focus on mid‑market and business‑customer segments.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive results.
