Business Setup Advisor

About the role

The Business Setup Advisor will work on‑site in Dubai, guiding clients through the complete company formation journey in the UAE. You will assess business needs, recommend suitable legal structures, and coordinate with licensing authorities to ensure a smooth setup process.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and propose optimal licensing and corporate structures.
• Prepare, review and submit formation documents to free‑zone and mainland authorities.
• Track application progress, manage timelines and keep clients informed of costs.
• Collaborate with internal PRO, finance and legal teams to deliver accurate services.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of UAE business laws, regulations and procedural changes.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, consulting or corporate services, preferably within UAE business setup.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret regulations and compare setup options.
• Proven client‑service mindset with the capacity to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with UAE business regulations, licensing authorities and free‑zone/company formation processes.
