Business Setup Consultant

About the role

Manhattan Management Consultancy is seeking a Business Setup Consultant to support entrepreneurs in establishing companies across the UAE. The role focuses on advising international, especially German‑speaking, clients on market entry and company formation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory services on company registration, market entry strategies and optimal business structures.
• Guide clients through setting up businesses in Mainland, Free Zones and Offshore jurisdictions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a transparent, professional experience.
• Stay updated on UAE business laws, licensing requirements and compliance regulations.
• Drive sales and client acquisition targets while coordinating with government authorities, free zones, banks and service providers.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business consulting, corporate services or company formation advisory within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE business regulations, licensing frameworks and free‑zone operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to consult international clients.
• Client‑focused, results‑driven and self‑motivated with strong problem‑solving abilities.
