Business Setup Manager

About the role

Onelink Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Setup Manager to lead its Business Setup division in Dubai. You will mentor a team of eight advisors, drive revenue growth, and ensure high‑quality client experiences across a range of corporate services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 8 Business Setup Advisors.
• Monitor KPIs, sales targets and performance metrics.
• Achieve monthly revenue and gross profit targets for the division.
• Support advisors during client consultations and deal closures.
• Conduct sales coaching, training and performance reviews.
• Develop and refine sales processes, conversion strategies and CRM discipline.
• Oversee proposal quality, pricing strategy and pipeline management.
• Coordinate with operations, compliance, legal and finance teams.
• Drive business development, partnership opportunities and cross‑selling across company divisions.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing a UAE business‑setup sales team.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of UAE company formation structures.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Strong CRM and pipeline management experience.
• Excellent sales, negotiation and communication abilities.
