Business Solutions Advisor – Company Formation & Setup

About the role

The Business Solutions Advisor will act as the primary liaison for multinational clients seeking company formation and related B2G services in the UAE. You will combine sales expertise with regulatory knowledge to deliver end‑to‑end setup solutions that meet client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Promote, negotiate and close company setup and B2G projects, including registration and PRO services.
• Provide expert consultation on regulatory and operational matters for multinational clients.
• Generate leads through networking, market research and client outreach.
• Conduct client assessments, gather business and regulatory information, and design tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and present well‑justified proposals.
• Oversee flawless execution of approved projects and act as the main point of contact throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery, timely invoicing and issue resolution.
• Identify and recommend additional Bizzmosis services to enhance efficiency and support long‑term growth.
• Represent the company professionally at events and on digital platforms.

Required profile

• Degree in Business or a related field.
• Strong understanding of UAE company registration, PRO services and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to generate and nurture B2B leads.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
