Business Solutions Manager – Data Science & AI for Revenue Management

About the role

Etihad is seeking a hands‑on Business Solutions Manager to turn data science into commercial decisions for its Revenue Management function. You will own end‑to‑end AI and machine‑learning projects, from problem definition through production deployment, helping the airline make smarter, real‑time pricing and revenue choices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead data‑science, machine‑learning and AI projects from ideation to production.
• Develop and enhance models for dynamic pricing, forecasting, optimisation and commercial decision‑making.
• Advance Etihad’s in‑house ancillary dynamic pricing capability.
• Identify new AI/ML use cases to solve revenue‑management challenges.
• Build new analytical products while continuously improving existing solutions.
• Test, validate, calibrate and monitor models to ensure measurable business value.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Digital, Technology & Innovation and Commercial teams to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions.
• Support adoption and change management to embed solutions into commercial decision‑making.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading evaluation, implementation and optimisation of dynamic ancillary pricing capabilities.
• Proven ability to move prototypes into robust, production‑ready solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering commercial impact.
