Business Strategy Analyst

About the role

As a Business Strategy Analyst at Pollux Automation, you will drive strategic initiatives that support the company’s growth and expansion across the UAE and beyond. Working closely with senior management and cross‑functional teams, you will analyse market trends, competitive landscapes and client needs to shape the company’s strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities and threats.
• Analyse client requirements, industry benchmarks and internal capabilities to develop strategic recommendations and business plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and prioritise strategic initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions and investment opportunities to support business expansion.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations, reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Monitor implementation of strategic initiatives and assess their impact over time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, International Business or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience (6‑8 years) in business analysis, strategic planning or management consulting.
• Experience in SaaS, IT service consulting or technology sales is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
