Business Studies Teacher (Taaleem)

About the role

Raha International School in Dubai is hiring a Business Studies teacher for a Taaleem school in the UAE, starting in January 2027. The role contributes to the day-to-day operations of the school. Under KHDA regulations, candidates must hold a Bachelor of Education or PGCE plus a degree in the subject taught.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, challenging and differentiated Business Studies lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Inspire students to reach their full potential through enthusiastic, imaginative teaching.
• Use assessment data to inform teaching and support student progress.
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attainment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues within the department and across the school.
• Take part in professional development and school improvement activities.
• Contribute to the wider school life through extra-curricular activities and community events.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers about student progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or PGCE with a degree in Business Studies or a related subject.
• A minimum of 2 years' teaching experience preferred.
• Outstanding teaching and learning practice, with a passionate, enthusiastic, creative and dynamic attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage and motivate students.
