Business Transformation Officer (1‑Year Contract)

About the role

The Business Transformation Officer will lead the change agenda for Al Tayer Insignia’s SAP ERP programme, ensuring business readiness and successful adoption across retail functions. Acting as the bridge between business, technology and operations, you will guide process redesign, governance and organisational preparedness.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business process transformation and SAP ERP adoption across finance, merchandising, store operations, supply chain, omnichannel and digital functions.
• Develop future‑state processes, maintain business continuity and support project milestones.
• Collaborate with change‑management partners to align activities with programme objectives.
• Own the business delivery plan, monitor scope, timelines, risks and dependencies, and support programme governance.
• Prepare and coordinate business readiness activities for deployment and go‑live.
• Engage senior stakeholders, Group IT, implementation partners and vendors to align on objectives and resolve cross‑functional challenges.

Required profile

• Proven leader in large‑scale transformation programmes, preferably within SAP/ERP environments.
• Deep understanding of retail operations and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and governance experience to manage risks, dependencies and outcomes.
