Butler – Luxury Hospitality (Female)

About the role

Sofitel Dubai The Palm is seeking a highly professional female Butler to deliver personalized, high‑end service to discerning guests. You will be the primary point of contact for guest needs, ensuring a seamless and luxurious stay in a 5‑star beachfront resort.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate and fulfill guest requests, including packing, laundry, personal shopping, and in‑room dining.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain immaculate guest suites and common areas, preparing them according to luxury standards.
• Assist with private event planning and execution, handling logistics and guest coordination.
• Manage guest correspondence, schedules, and special preferences with discretion.
• Record and update guest preferences to personalize future stays.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Butler or in a comparable high‑end hospitality role.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and etiquette skills.
• Strong attention to detail, discretion, and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lb.
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
