Cabin Crew – Dubai

About the role

Emirates is looking for enthusiastic cabin crew members to join its Dubai‑based team. As the face of the airline, you will ensure passengers feel comfortable, safe, and well‑served throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to passengers.
• Manage aircraft safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Deliver in‑flight services, including meals and amenities.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness and readiness for each flight.
• Collaborate with crew members to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in hospitality or customer service.
• High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Height at least 160 cm and able to reach 212 cm on tiptoes.
• No visible tattoos while in uniform.
• Eligible for a UAE employment visa.
• Positive attitude, solution‑oriented mindset, and ability to work demanding schedules.

What we offer

• Fixed basic salary of AED 4,980 per month.
• Flying pay of AED 69.60 per hour (average 80‑100 hours/month).
• Average total compensation around AED 11,244 per month.
• Overnight meal allowance, hotel accommodation, and transport to the airport.
