About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional in‑flight service and genuine hospitality to guests.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations.
• Represent Etihad’s brand values and maintain a professional appearance.
• Assist passengers with special needs and handle any in‑flight issues.
• Collaborate with crew members to create a seamless travel experience.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Height of at least 163 cm (no reach test required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• High standard of personal grooming (no visible tattoos or piercings; one earring per lobe permitted for females).
• Clean criminal record and ability to travel without restrictions.
• Willingness to serve alcohol and comply with UAE & GCAA regulations.
