About the role

As a member of Etihad’s Cabin Crew, you will represent the airline in the sky, delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring safety and service standards on every flight. This full-time position is based in Abu Dhabi and offers a dynamic travel-focused lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous service to passengers throughout the flight.
• Conduct safety briefings, demonstrate emergency equipment, and respond to any in‑flight incidents.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with pilots and ground staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold Etihad’s brand values and service quality at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Height of at least 163 cm.
• High school diploma (Grade 12 or equivalent).
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
• Ambitious, passionate about travel and customer service.
