Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality in‑flight service to passengers across all classes.
• Maintain safety standards and respond to emergencies according to airline procedures.
• Represent Etihad’s brand values and create memorable moments for guests.
• Collaborate with crew members to ensure smooth operations throughout each flight.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Height of at least 163 cm.
• High‑school diploma (Grade 12 or equivalent).
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
• Ambitious, passionate about a travel‑focused lifestyle.

Required skills

• Excellent communication in English.
