About the role

As a member of Etihad's Cabin Crew, you will represent the airline in the sky, delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring safety on every flight. This full‑time position is based in Abu Dhabi and offers a clear career path toward senior cabin roles.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality service to passengers throughout the flight.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
• Assist passengers with special needs and handle in‑flight issues.
• Maintain cabin cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the flight deck and ground teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Height of at least 163 cm.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
• Ambitious, passionate about travel and customer service.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong teamwork and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
