CAD Fit Out Draftsman (ID)

About the role

The CAD Fit Out Draftsman will create detailed shop drawings and as‑built documentation for interior fit‑out projects. You will work closely with the design coordinator and other trade disciplines to ensure accurate, coordinated drawings that meet project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, as‑builts, and cut‑list drawings for production and site installation.
• Develop drawings for wall setting out, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, flooring, joinery, stone, glass, metal and related details.
• Generate shop drawings based on BOQ, tender drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, HVAC and other trade drawings to ensure clash‑free documentation.
• Manage revisions, changes, filing and documentation of all drawings.
• Handle quantity take‑offs, BOQ preparation and respond to technical inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, diploma or ITI qualification in a related field.
• Familiarity with ISO‑based policies and procedures.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple drawing revisions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes.
