Call Center Agent - Atlantis The Palm

About the role

Atlantis The Palm, part of Kerzner International, is hiring a Call Center Agent (Operator). You will handle calls, emails and other channels of communication from in-house and external guests and colleagues, covering inquiries, reservation requests for hotel products and services, and guest feedback and complaints, while following call standards and delivering a high level of quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle calls, emails and other communication channels from guests and colleagues
• Answer inquiries and process reservation requests for hotel products and services
• Manage guest feedback and complaints
• Maintain courtesy, personalisation and thoughtfulness in all communication to meet guest satisfaction and business goals

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a contact center or significant customer service experience
• Impeccable personal presentation, patience with guests and a positive attitude
• Attention to detail and passion for customer service
• Fluency in English is a must; Russian, Arabic, Chinese or French is preferred due to guest demographics
