Call Centre Agent – Permanent, Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a professional Call Centre Agent to join our Dubai team on a permanent basis. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information and support to customers regarding vehicles, services, appointments, promotions, and general enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Provide customers with information on vehicles, services, appointments, promotions and general queries.
• Schedule and coordinate service, maintenance, test‑drive and other customer appointments.
• Follow up on enquiries, bookings, service appointments and gather feedback.
• Record and update customer details, call logs and interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Identify customer needs and route complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Handle complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
• Maintain high service standards and meet defined call‑centre KPIs such as call quality, response time, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Support customer retention and identify opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling relevant products or services.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in call centre operations, with at least 1 year in the UAE.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet performance targets.
• Excellent problem‑solving and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM systems to log interactions and manage customer data.
