Car Carrier Driver

About the role

Al Sahraa Group is looking for a reliable Car Carrier driver to transport vehicles safely across Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas. The role involves loading, securing, and delivering cars while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload vehicles onto the carrier using proper equipment and techniques.
• Secure vehicles with straps, chains, or other devices to prevent damage during transport.
• Inspect vehicles for damages before loading and report findings.
• Plan and organise routes to ensure timely delivery.
• Drive the carrier safely, following all traffic and safety laws.
• Communicate delivery status with dispatch.
• Maintain accurate transportation records, including mileage and fuel usage.
• Perform basic carrier maintenance such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a car carrier or similar role.
• Valid UAE driving license with a clean record.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy vehicles.
• Excellent communication and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Ability to operate and maintain carrier equipment.
