Car Sales & Purchasing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Car Sales & Purchasing Executive to drive both vehicle sales and the acquisition of high‑quality used cars for ALBA CARS, a leading used‑car dealership in Dubai. The successful candidate will combine strong customer‑service abilities with commercial acumen to grow our inventory and meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers interested in buying, selling or exchanging vehicles and guide them through the full sales process.
• Present vehicle features, specifications and condition, building trusted relationships that encourage repeat business.
• Source and purchase high‑quality used cars that meet stock requirements, evaluating pricing based on condition, market demand and resale potential.
• Negotiate purchase agreements with owners and customers to secure commercially favourable deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customers and transactions in the company CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and purchasing teams to achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in automotive sales, vehicle purchasing or a related customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑focused, confident and able to thrive in a fast‑paced dealership environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for managing leads and sales data.
