Career Counsellor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Career Counsellor to join our team in Dubai and support students throughout their university application journey. The role involves delivering personalized guidance, conducting counselling sessions, and helping students make informed decisions about higher‑education pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one career counselling and academic advising to students.
• Assist students in researching and selecting suitable universities and programmes across North America, Europe, New Zealand and Australia.
• Guide applicants through the entire admission process, including documentation, personal statements and interview preparation.
• Organise and lead workshops, seminars and information sessions on university applications and career planning.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of counselling experience in the education sector.
• Bachelor’s degree (3–4 years) from a recognised institution.
• Strong understanding of university admission procedures in multiple regions.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, motivational approach with strong management and sales orientation.
