Cargo Operations Services Officer

About the role

Emirates SkyCargo is seeking a Cargo Operations Services Officer to manage tender and contract activities for cargo handling services across its global network. The role involves technical, contractual and operational evaluations, supporting station start‑ups, GHA changes and supplier performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute cargo handling tenders in coordination with procurement, regional operations and cargo managers, ensuring compliance with tender processes.
• Conduct technical and compliance assessments, compile operational evaluations, and score suppliers with key stakeholders.
• Plan and carry out site inspections, operational readiness reports and transition plans for new Ground Handling Agents.
• Collect and analyse GHA performance data to identify SLA gaps and support performance improvement actions.
• Maintain global checklists, evaluation tools and contract records; support data‑driven decisions for GHA selection and renewals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in an air‑cargo operational environment, including airport cargo operations.
• Supervisory experience in cargo warehouse or aircraft handling is an advantage.
