About the role
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter Foreman to lead our construction crew on site in Dubai. You will be responsible for directing daily carpentry activities, ensuring safety standards, and delivering high‑quality workmanship.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate a team of carpenters on a busy construction site.
- Plan and allocate daily tasks to meet project timelines.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.
- Maintain quality standards for all carpentry work.
- Report progress and any issues to senior management.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in carpentry and site supervision.
- Secondary school education (or equivalent).
- Available to join immediately.
- Full‑time availability for permanent employment.
