Carpenter & Painter – Hotel Pre‑Opening Project

About the role

Join the pre‑opening team of a new Accor hotel in Dubai, delivering high‑quality carpentry and painting work to bring the property to its final finish. You will work on a variety of interior structures, ensuring they meet design specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret drawings, sketches and verbal instructions to produce accurate dimensions and finishes.
• Repair and construct furniture, doors, windows, cabinets, office partitions, cornices, counters, panels, walls and ceilings.
• Lay out and build formwork/shuttering for new structures and handle concrete mixing.
• Maintain a clean, fire‑safe workshop and follow all health‑and‑safety precautions before starting work.
• Report completed jobs, time taken and material usage to supervisors.
• Assist the Engineering Supervisor in ordering special paints, polishes and monitoring stock movements.
• Perform decorative ceramic tile fixing, wall plastering, road paving tile installation, silicone and grouting work.

Required profile

• Flexibility to respond to varied work situations.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Good communication skills.
