About the role
Rowad Altanmia is seeking a Carpentry Foreman to lead carpentry teams on active construction projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on supervising workers, coordinating carpentry activities, and ensuring that all work aligns with project schedules and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and direct carpentry workers on site, providing guidance and ensuring safety compliance.
- Coordinate carpentry activities with other trades and project timelines to avoid delays.
- Monitor material usage and maintain inventory records for efficient workflow.
- Inspect completed work to verify adherence to quality specifications and client requirements.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of relevant carpentry or construction experience.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise carpentry teams effectively.
- Good understanding of construction site operations and safety protocols.
- Strong coordination and teamwork skills to work with multidisciplinary crews.
