Cashier – Luxury Boutique

About the role

The Cashier will work in Chanel's fashion boutique at The Galleria Mall, delivering a seamless and secure payment experience for every client. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role combines high‑level client service with strict compliance to company and regulatory procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process payments, refunds, exchanges, and point‑of‑sale transactions using internal systems.
• Maintain accurate client account information and perform regular reconciliations.
• Execute opening and closing cash procedures, manage RFID tag deactivations, and provide end‑of‑day reports.
• Adhere to Anti‑Money Laundering policies, conduct sanctions screening, and submit required reports to the Legal team.
• Collaborate with Fashion Advisors, Sales Managers, and the Operations team to ensure a unique client experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a cashier in the retail sector, preferably within a luxury environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn internal transaction systems quickly.
