About the role

City American School in Dubai is seeking candidates for three full‑time positions: Cashier, Receptionist (Arab nationality) and Admission Assistant. The roles support the school’s finance, front‑desk operations and admissions processes.

Key responsibilities

Cashier: handle cash transactions, maintain financial records and support school finance operations.
Receptionist: manage front‑desk duties, greet visitors, answer calls and provide administrative support.
Admission Assistant: support admission processes, respond to inquiries and assist with documentation.

Required profile

Cashier: minimum 2 years relevant experience, proper English proficiency, relevant degree in Accounting or Finance.
Receptionist: Arab nationality, minimum 1 year experience.
Admission Assistant: experience in school admissions and ability to speak Arabic.

Required skills

What we offer

AED 3,000 per month plus airfare allowance and health insurance (fixed package).
Full‑time permanent contract.
