Category Manager With Russian Language

About the role

AM.PM is seeking an experienced Category Manager who is fluent in Russian to lead a product category in the Dubai market. You will own the end‑to‑end category strategy, from market analysis to product launch, and drive commercial performance across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the category and product strategy for the assigned territory.
• Define positioning, value proposition, pricing policy and assortment based on market needs.
• Analyse consumer demand, market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including launches, phase‑outs and assortment planning.
• Formulate product requirements and market requests for the territory.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as revenue, margin, sales and inventory turnover.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive category growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Category Management, Product Management or a similar commercial role.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with proven results in sales, margin and inventory management.
• Fluent English and Russian communication skills.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
