Change Manager – Amazon Logistics (AMZL)

About the role

Amazon is seeking a proactive Change Manager to lead site change initiatives and project delivery for its AMZL operations in Dubai. You will drive continuous improvement, oversee peak readiness, and support day‑to‑day station management in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Station Project Roadmap and report progress to the site leader.
• Execute the Peak Readiness Playbook and provide inputs to Network Control.
• Lead Kaizen, Gemba walks and other continuous‑improvement activities.
• Coordinate site events such as visits, town halls and trainings.
• Support Shift Managers, Operations Supervisors and Delivery Service Providers.
• Manage external agency relationships and ensure tool availability for associates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience or similar fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights and holidays.
