Channel Business Manager – MENAT

About the role

We are looking for a Channel Business Manager for the MENAT region to drive revenue growth through a partner ecosystem. You will own a portfolio of VARs and distributors, build joint go‑to‑market plans and ensure a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve revenue targets across the MENAT region and partner portfolio.
• Develop, enable and manage a portfolio of key partners that generate mutual business.
• Co‑own partner‑sourced pipeline, qualify opportunities and work with sales to close deals.
• Design and execute joint GTM plans, training and enablement programs.
• Track KPIs, deal registrations and pipeline health in CRM/PRM systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in channel sales, partner management or B2B SaaS sales.
• Proven track record building pipeline with VARs and distributors.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with executive presence.
• Based in the UAE, native‑level Arabic and fluent English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with partner relationship management (PRM) tools.
• Experience using HubSpot for CRM and KPI reporting.
