Channel Manager – Dubai

About the role

The Channel Manager will lead the development and execution of the sales strategy for Mindware’s networking and enterprise product portfolio across the UAE and Gulf region. You will build and nurture relationships with partners, resellers and customers to grow market share and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the channel strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Recruit, onboard and manage channel partners, ensuring high engagement and support.
• Maintain a comprehensive channel database, analyse performance metrics and identify new opportunities.
• Conduct market research, visit customers and specify market requirements for current and future products.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from quotation to collection, including credit tracking and payment resolution.
• Produce accurate sales forecasts, market development reports and monitor targeted marketing programs.
• Utilise Salesforce CRM for lead, opportunity and deal registration management.
• Lead, coach and develop the channel team, conducting performance reviews and succession planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in channel or partner sales.
• Hands‑on experience with TP‑Link or similar networking and enterprise product lines.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE and Gulf region on a quarterly basis.
