Channel Manager

About the role

The Channel Manager will lead the development and execution of the sales strategy for Midis Group’s IT solutions in the UAE market. This role focuses on recruiting, enabling, and growing a network of reseller and system‑integrator partners while ensuring strong market share growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the channel strategy and roadmap for assigned product lines.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with new and existing channel partners.
• Maintain a comprehensive channel/customer database, analyse data and generate metrics on loyalty and opportunities.
• Conduct market research, visit customers, and specify market requirements for current and future services.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from quotation to collection, including credit and payment performance.
• Produce accurate sales forecasts and market development reports aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate with marketing to plan and monitor channel programs and campaigns.
• Utilise Salesforce.com CRM for lead, opportunity and deal registration management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Channel Manager or in a similar role within an IT distributor, vendor or value‑added reseller.
• Proven track record of building and managing a channel partner ecosystem in the UAE.
