Chartered Accountant – Audit (UAE Auditor Licence)

About the role

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant to lead audit engagements for our UAE clients. The role requires a valid UAE Auditor Licence and extensive experience in statutory and external audits, ensuring compliance with local accounting and tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage statutory and external audit assignments for UAE clients from planning through completion.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS and ISA.
• Ensure adherence to UAE accounting, tax and regulatory requirements.
• Provide advisory support on UAE corporate tax and VAT matters.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams throughout the audit process.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5 years post‑qualification audit experience.
• Valid UAE Auditor Licence/Registration – mandatory.
• Strong background in statutory and external audit, preferably within the UAE.
• Excellent analytical, communication and client‑management abilities.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Proficiency with International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
• Understanding of UAE corporate tax and VAT regulations.
• Experience in audit planning, execution and reporting.
